Hello.
Rank of any exam depends upon the number of candidate who to get more and equal to your marks and also it depends upon the number of candidates appeared for the exam while difficulty level of the exam also plays a little bit role in it so it becomes quite difficult to predict marks that you should score for getting a particular rank but still on an average by getting an idea from the previous year records, for maintaining rank AIR 1.5k your marks should be at least 250 in JEE advanced exam but this may vary according to some fluctuations because it is a predicted data.
