You can either go for higher studies like MBA or any other course of your interest or you can start working if you wish to. You might get internship/training opportunity which will really boost your practical knowledge. The decision stays with you.

It depends on from which college/institute you pursue your MBA. If you purusue MBA from top institutes like IIMs, MDI. FMS, IIFT etc., you are likely to get high salary package. There are many other Tier 2 MBA colleges like IMT, IBS, Great Lakes etc. which offer good placements.
