A candidate needs these certificates which are used for verification after the seat allotment. 

• KEAM 2019 Admit Card
• Certificate to prove date of birth
• Transfer Certificate from the Institute last attended and Conduct Certificate
• Original mark list of the qualifying exam (Higher Secondary or equivalent)
• Passing certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued)
• Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in case of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/ Vocational Higher Secondary Examination as conducted by Government of Kerala or the exam conducted by CBSE and CISCE. 
• Migration Certificate (if applicable) 
• Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format
• Fee receipt remitted
• KEAM 2019 date sheet 
• Allotment memo as issued by CEE 
• Any other documents required by the Head of Institution
