Since you come under slot 3 of phase 2 counselling. So possibly you may get Mechanical branch at Vellore campus. But yaah if you can't able to take at Vellore campus then surely you have enough rank to take Mechanical branch at other campuses and try to prefer the main campus rather than side campus of possible.
