Scope of female and male are the same in any GFTI.As per statistics employment rate of females are equal ormore than male.So scope and opportunities are good.Average salary of females is about  5.6LPA. Although this is less by about 89000 but good thing is this gap is closing.

Overall scopes of females is improving in a good direction.
