If you are from home state quota then minimum per centile should be above 94.
If you are from other state quota then it should be above 96percentile.

To get into any NIT minimum should be 95%ile.And if you have more than that you may get some more better NITs as your options.
When it comes to General category students cut off goes 2-3%ile higher than other candidates.
If you have scored less than 95%ile then you must prepare again for JEE in april session so that you can improve your score and appear again to improve all your shortcomings.
