what should be my marks in jee mains ( approx ) if I want to get into iisc ?

Generally, IISc takes students who have secured a rank inside 200 in JEE Main.
For getting such a rank you need to score upwards of 75% marks in JEE Main. Less than that, the chances are negligible.
IISc also takes its students through KVPY and JEE Advanced. You can try for that too.
