Hey Kashish.
It would depend on which college of Indraprastha University you are talking about. If you compare top colleges under IP University like VIPS or USSLS then IP is definitely better than UPES as it has a great locational advantage. You will have better internship opportunities in IP University with Supreme court, High court, district courts and various top Law firms and advocates in the same city. So in this aspect IP University has a great edge for UPES. Otherwise also, the faculty and other opportunities like moots, research papers etc will be good in IP University too.
So if you get the top colleges under IPU you should definitely prefer them over UPES.
