what should be the expected rank if i got approx 65 marks in wbjee??

Actually it's difficult to make prediction because marks vs rank in wbjee doesn't remain constant ,it keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like

********** Number of students that appeared in the WBJEE exam

********** difficulty level of the WBJEE examination

********** Kind of marks obtained by the students in the WBJEE exam etc

But yes,

On the basis of analysis of past years analysis

----------------------) 65 marks in WBJEE is roughly around 15750 - 16250 rank
