Hey Akash, For B.com and B.com (Hon.) from most of the colleges of Delhi Unversity you need to have a percentage more than 85% in best of four if you are from the general category and more than 80% in Best of four if your form the OBC category.

Whereas for SC and ST the percentage of more than 70% is also enough.

But if you are looking for some really good colleges like Delhi College of Arts and Commerce you need to have a percentage of more than 94 % in order to get admission.
