Hamdard institute of medical sciences is also one of the best college of India so if you want to stay at your home state then you can go for it. It is also a good choice. Besides this ,there is no comparison of ms Ramaiah with kmc or hims because both are far better than ramiah. You can choose Ms RAMAIH only if you want sonewhat low tution fees as compared to both colleges. Ms RAMAIH is also reputed and good college of Karnataka.

According to me if you can pay and you are getting KMC Manipal then you should definitely go for that college. Otherwise second best is Hamdard institute of medical sciences as it is better than Ramaiah and also in your home state.
