You should join for uvce as it is better than bit . Bit is under VTU and uvce is under Bangalore University so that it is better to select uvce. If we talk about placements then most of the companies come to both college but it is good in uvce . So you can join uvce.

BIT is under of VTU and UVCE is under of Bangalore University. So by the research i said UVCE is better than BIT. Because UVCE if you joined than don't bother the attandance you should study in library. But BIT you can daily attand the class lecture. And both colleges have good placement in CS department. UVCE highest placement pakage in CS branch 50lpa and more than 90% students are getting job in on campus. And BIT highest package is 21lpa.

So you good enough to chose right decision.
