What should I go for, BBA or BJMC ? Also, can I pursue MBA after completing BJMC ?

BBA

BBA and BJMC both cater to different field if you have inclination towards business and management, and you wish to pursue a career in corporate world also, then BBA+MBA will be a good choice regarding this, as your foundation will be strong  since both your graduation and post-graduation studies will belong to same field, though there is no such specific criteria of belonging to any specific field when it comes to pursuing MBA, on the other hand BJMC is all about a  career in the field of mass communication and journalism, so if you have inclination towards writing, or wish to work in media industry this field is an apt choice for you,
