SEE you must know that the cost and fees in abroad university before going for foreign university, also you need to know about the placement structure and curriculum details before joining, its not that all the foreign university is better than out indian university, to get admission in tier 1 institute you need to have good gre/toefel/ielts score along with your good academic record. however in india nits, vit vellore, lpu , delhi university are best for mca courses.
