Hi Aryan

First of all congratulations for scoring good score in gate examination in 2019 Hey it depends upon which IIT you have to choose but according to my suggestion IIT Dhanbad is better than IIT Ropar for M.tech VLSI . There are many points yo be notice that ISM is Dhanbad is older than IIT Ropar is established in 2008 so IIT Ropar is new IIT .So IIT Dhanbad you will more exposure and opportunity and well manner lab and many more
