If you are looking outside India, consider the following things:

i) Recognition of the qualification which you are taking. Students should check whether you can practice in that country or not.

For example, if you get a qualification from Russia then check that are you eligible to practice that qualification in Russia? If you are not eligible to do that then that degree is not good for their country. How is it going to be good for our country? This is the first thing that you should look at.

ii) Reputation/ranking of the University within the country and globally.

iii) Clinical facilities and training provided by the University
