For sports trial, you have to bring in your certificates from various zonal, state and national levels with your name clearly mentioned on them. You also have to carry an identity proof, your class 12th marksheet, transfer certificate, character certificate and migration certificate. If you do not have any one of these documents, then you have to bring an application that you will submit these documents later.
