Paramjeet, cut off changes every year for NEET. This depends on the no. of students and the standards of the exam. If the no. of students applying for the exam are higher then the cut off marks also will be high. And if the examination paper has been set up real difficult, as the possiblity of many students clearing the exam might be difficult, cut off marks would be lesser. To add on, there is no reservation for Defence quota candidates in all India quota. It depends if that particular state has reservation under Defence quota. Hope this helps!
