JEE Main 2020 Sept1(MorningShift) Paper Analysis for B. Arch :

As per the initial reaction of the test takers the paper was of a moderate difficulty level.
.Mathematics, as expected was the toughest section, whereas Aptitude and drawing sections were easy.

Some topics from which questions were asked in Mathematics werehyperbola, measurements and 3-D geometry.

Aptitude section had questions from patterns and sequence, top view, front view

There were general knowledge questions as well.

Majority of the questions were from standard syllabus of 11th and 12th.

As for the drawing section, one question involved one of Highway scene or Potrait of your favourite teacher and the other question involveddrawing an aesthetic composition using rectangles.

Numerical value answer based questions were found to be lengthy as compared to JEE Main B. Arch paper in the January session.

JEE Main 2020 Sept1(Afternoon Shift) Paper Analysis for B. Arch and B. Planning :

The afternoon shift was conducted from 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM.

The overall difficulty level of the paper was easy to moderate.

Drawing section was quite easy and had questions involving tasks like making a composition out of a shape or drawing a building, top and front view.

Mathematics was a bit tricky, lengthy and involved questions from topics integrations, area bounded, differentiation questions. Matrices' questions were easy, while questions from functions were moderate.

Aptitude section was found to be easy by a majority of the test takers.

B. Planning Mathematics was moderate level, while aptitude and planning werecomparatively easy.

General knowledge questions were also asked, like- where is Notre Dame cathedral located?
