As per 2017 cutoff, for general category the opening rank was 457 and closing rank was 3772 in round 3 .  In the year 2016 the 4th round cut-off was 1074-7910. As you have not mentioned your category and quota ( home state or other state), I can give you this much info. Hope this helps you. Best of luck.
