As per as cutoff for 10% EWS (as it is called) is concerned it would be +/- 4 marks than for the open category. Last year Gujarat cutoff for government medical college being around 545 , the EWS cutoff is expected to be around 540s. For now sit back and relax, and wait for the result day to arise, and then go on for such questions which stuck up your mind, those "ifs" and "buts" because the cutoffs and ranks can create miracles and moment so don't start manipulating and thinking too much aboutb such things from now,  that's what my experience and opinions says.  All the best for your future endurance.
