Dear Devwrat, St. John's Medical College is a Private Religious Minority Medical College. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. The admissions are through State Counselling alone.

bisen.devwrat Karnataka is an Open State which means even if you dont have the Statw's domicile, you can still apply to their State Counselling.
