The cutoff for the colleges is based on the different types of categories. Though, it would also depend upon your native place like Delhi region or outside Delhi region.

There are 5 new government medical colleges in westbengal, thought cut off ranks are varied. 

Cut off ranks are not known clear because these are the new colleges and doesn't have previous year cutoff for the approximation.

Cut off will be less than 30000 rank with 479 marks.
