You have to apply for individual counselling form for each college in which you want to take admission. After NEET result each college will declare their merit list you have to go to counselling according to your rank.

For, admission into private college you need to score more than 400 marks in NEET exam.

First, you need give NEET 2017 then you will have to apply separately once their application forms are out.
