Usain Bolt shattered his own 100m world record to win the gold medal at world championships with a time of 9.58 seconds. To beat this record you will have to prepare so hard , completely devote yourself in this, loads of dedication and willpower. This success cannot be simply achieved. You will have to sacrifice years of your life to get there. Well nothing is impossible in this world given one has the will to achieve whatever they want.

Let's assume you have beaten his record at tge work championship. You will be the winner, gold medalist and a cash prize will also be given. The whole world will know you. Your name will be recognised in the internet. Wikipedia will write an article about you. You will be famous. But after this you cannot stop or you will lose your fame soon. You will have to keep up with yourself and keep improving everytime. So nothing either  comes easy or stays easy.
