See not only in Mumbai but even in the whole country New Education Policy 2020 has been implemented so the Maharashtra college will face the same changes which are to be faced by other Institutes at their respective location. I am enlisting down some keyword of NEP 2020 for higher educational institutions :-

• From now there will be only governing body for all the higher educational institutions by the Higher Education Commission of India
• Fees of all colleges irrespective of their ownership, will be disclosed and make transparent.
• Now in three to four year Undergraduate programs candidate will have multiple exit points means if he is not satisfied with the program he joined then he can leave that but he will get a certificate of that and certificate status like diploma, certificate,degree qualifications will depend on the period when you leave the course.
• A proposal has been raised for "Fee fixation", let us see what happens to it.
