Firstly the factors that determine the cut off of any state are:

• The total no. Of applicants
• The total no. Of seats available.
• Performance or marks of the candidates
• Category the candidate belongs to.

Candidates who get the desired marks will be eligible for the 85% state quota of Rajasthan.

Candidates belonging to SC category needs a minimum of 450+ marks in NEET exam. Hope it helps
