Private colleges are the colleges which are not organised by government. Depending on their location, private colleges are subjected to government regulation. These colleges charges are a bit high as compared to government colleges.

Deemed universities are granted by the department of higher education. It is also conferred as university by higher education departments. Instituions that are deemed to be enjoy the academic status and privilege of university.
