Usually there are no placements for subjects of scienec lile BSc Physics or Maths or Zoology or Botany hence the scope of placement after bsc biotechnology is also slim. In subjects like microbiology, biochemistry or biotechnology (BSc) you have to get atleast a Masters degree for placement. Also, these are research subjects, you can get paid in lakhs after qualifying NET exam but you will be eligible for NET only after MSc. If you want you can also do a BEd after Bsc and go for teaching jobs or give competitive exams like IBPS to get a job after BSc but there is less to no chance of placements for BSc students.
