Hello dear !
As per the latest guidelines provided by Delhi university, the classes for all under graduate courses and post graduate courses will start from 20 July 2019 , Saturday for semester 1,3,5,7

But the admission process is going till 23rd July how will it start from 20th only

We always provide the valid information,check the official site of DU ,thn you will get to know that as per their academic calendar classes will start on 20 July for odd sem

And yes those students who get Thier college in last cutoffs miss some classes every year

Hey!
I understand your concern . But the admisssion process till 23rd july is for those students who couldn't make upto the fifth or sixth cutoffs. The students admitted after these cutoffs are compelled to miss their starting classes . But the students who have got admission in starting cutoffs can join the classes from 20th july.
