You can apply for B.com LLB 5 year course in individual colleges according to their dates which you will have to ask in the respective college office. It is likely that the process would begin by March- April. As I am unaware of your choice of college, I wouldnt be able to give you specific information in this regard.

However, if you wish to pursue it from one of the 19 National Law Universities, You can apply for the CLAT entrance test by going to the following link, the entrance for which will be held on May 12, 2019.

Also, most of the top law colleges consider CLAT score for their admission process.
