You have not cleared which CET you are talking about Karnataka or Maharashtra, but looking at your profile it seems like you are from Maharashtra so most probably you are talking about Maharashtra CET. By assuming that you are talking about Maharashtra CET, I can update you that the CET for 11th can be commenced in last week of July or first week of August. The officials are waiting for the 10th result and after that they want to conduct exam.
