Hello Aspirant, 

Both are good colleges of engineering but have some differences if we talk about the department of Electrical and Electronics engineering branch. MITS has 120 seats for intake and is NBA accredited for this branch while Sree Vidyaniketan is NAAC accredited A grade college with a total of 240 seats for intake.
