All admission procedures will start succeding neet - 2018. You need to acquire the minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for admission to private colleges.

Hi

The admissions are undertaken by NbE. Once your results are declared you will have to register for all india counselling and then fill up your college choices.

Yes you are eligible for management seats. These seats are offered to you either at the end of the counselling or individually by the college counselling if any vacant seats remain with them.
