For general category, I would say there's adash of hope for government medical college if your state has 1800+ seatsin the government colleges and if your state haslower number of seats then you have definite chance in the private medical colleges.
I would suggest you to go through all rounds of counselling to procure better results.
Well friend in this score you should go for the deemed universities of maharashtra, private colleges of kerala,karnataka,tamilnadu. Private colleges in and around Assam.
Well your score isn't too bad to loose all hopes, try for the colleges of the forementioned states and cities and you can be hopeful to get a seat in some medical college.
