Will a MARKS wise cut off (NEET 2019) for admission into medical colleges be released before the all India and state counselling starts?

Hello,
The admission to undergraduate medical courses through NEET to various private and government medical colleges throughout India has begun in most of the states.
No, any cutoff list won't be released officialy. However you can refer to previous year cutoff on various sites to predict which college you might get.
The merit list by states will be released in third or fourth week of june and counselling process will follow up.
