admission is closed and no more cut off will be released

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that the 8 th cutoff for the Delhi University is going to be released 2 days earlier but due to some reasons it can't get released but you make sure that the du will release the 8th cutoff around the 3rd week of August definately ,
