Application forms and Information Brochure can be downloaded from the web site (ww.juit.ac.in and sent along with application fees). The completed application form must be sent to following address.

And the Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharmacy goes as follows:

Pass in Plus Two with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology. In place of Biology, Biotechnology or Computer science or Maths are also eligible.
