Yes, if you are preparing for NEET mbbs exam and at the same time you have enrolled in B.Sc and you got a mbbs seat. You can leave the B.Sc course to get admission in the MBBS course.
You have to provide leaving certificate from the college at the time of neet mbbs admission. It is not a big issue. You can leave your b.sc course for any of your personal reason.
