Sure. The first round of UPSEE UPTU counselling will be starting from last week of June. No exact official date has been provided by the officials. Stay in touch with the the official site that is www.upsee.nic.in . Also the counselling will be done online. I hope it helps your query.

This year Counselling Of UPSEE-2019 Is going to start From I Guess 15 June 2019. So Its always better To Keep checking AKTU Or UPSEE official Website For Regular Updates on counselling updates. As they also keep changing rules I don't know why but they do. Which are mostly in students favour. so best of luck for Your Counselling.

And another think Choose the colleges In order of which you want first. It take time but its Best.
