The "refuse option" in CET CAP round 1 isn't explicitly mentioned, but the "reject option" is available. The reject option allows candidates to reject the offered seat and participate in the next round. For CAP round 1, the reject option was available from August 16 to 18, 2024. For CAP round 2, the reject option will be available from August 27 to 29, 2024.
