Correct Answer: 2013

Solution : The correct answer is 2013.

The "None of the Above" (NOTA) option was introduced in Indian elections in 2013 following a directive from the Supreme Court in the PUCL vs. Union of India Judgement. This allowed voters to express dissatisfaction with all candidates. Implemented in 2009, NOTA was first used in the 2013 assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, Mizoram, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi.
