The wise decision will be that you should wait for some days.

DU will release the 8th cut off in a few days, you just have to wait for sometime. Meanwhile, you can check out previous year cut offs in order to get an idea about what to expect with 8th cut off.
However, with each cut off a lot courses and colleges may not be available as seats fill fast specially for the unreserved category but don't lose hope! Just wait for a couple of more days.
