I hope you are doing well. Due to this pandemic all school and college ha been closed . Due to which the session for 2020 will start late . According to UGC , university can start the classes in November for undergraduates. But the forms will be available earlier. If I talk about DU it's admission is open for 2020. So first decide which college you are targeting for , then go to their official website , there you will get all details about the dates of admission.
