There are no official announcements yet, but it is likely to start from fourth week of July 2019.Once the counselling dates for AP PGECET 2019 are out the registration link will be activated and the conselling process begins.Until then you have to wait for any further announcement.I would suggest you to keep a check on updates regarding the dates.You may use the below link to know the updates
