All the colleges of Delhi university commence its classes after 20th July.

They conduct orientation in 19 or 20 July.

After that classes begin. Same with the shaheed Bharat sigh evening college.

As per the latest available information for Delhi university officials the classes for all under graduate course will begin from 20th July 2019

So According to academic calendar provided by Delhi university for 2019 ,the classes of shaheed bhagat Singh evening will start from 20 July 2019
