Hey,
According to the HRD Ministry, the colleges will reopen in the month of August but no official announcement has been made. The colleges will notify the students once they receive orders from the government. Since, the cases are increasing at an alarming rate so we cannot really predict anything.

Hello student HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank in a June 3rd interview revealed that school and colleges which have remained closed since March 16 shall re open after August 2020. The official notice are not released yet but its expected that college will reopen after 15th August 2020
