As of now, nothing can be said for opening of colleges. This uncertanity is due to the spread of Coronavirus in our country, nobody knows when educational institutes will be opened. Nobody knows how much we have to wait and stay at home.

But, as per my assumptions colleges will reopen in October or in November month.
