Delhi University has not yet given any official statements regarding the spot counselling or filling of vacant seats. The eighth cutoff list is itself yet to be released. The officials are still working on the seat statistics and will probably give out information by this week. Few vacancies are left, especially in reserved category.

You have to wait for their word for an accurate information.
