The first two rounds are already conducted successfully for jee advanced and kvpy candidates remaining seats allotment list is also available on iiser site from 7th August.

The final round of seat allotment is out of IISER for SCB candidates and to fill any of the remaining seats of JEE Advanced and KVPY through the SCB channel.

Admission in IISER (Indian Institutes for Social Education and Research) is based on the entrance exam namely IAT. So, no admissions are done through SCB Mode. A student have to appear for IAT Entrance Exam.
